At Engagement Hub, our mission is to simplify financial management for professionals and dealer groups. Inspired by firsthand experience with the inefficiencies faced by financial planners, advisors, wealth managers, and dealer groups, we set out to create a solution that streamlines their daily tasks. Engagement Hub was designed as a comprehensive, user-friendly platform that enables professionals and dealer groups to effortlessly manage client relationships and navigate complex workflows with ease.

Martin Morris

Founder & CEO

Martin began working in financial services in 1994 at the age of 26 in Johannesburg.

Martin set up his own business in 1998 and is currently the owner of the successful advice practice, My Financial Mentors, in Sydney.

In 2012, he was recognised for exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding advice and received the prestigious AFA Excellence in Education award NSW.

He has published the book “Never Worry About Money Again!” in 2020.

Sandeep Rao

Chief Growth Officer

Sandeep has spent the past 11 years building teams and products from the ground up and turning them into globally loved solutions. He thrives on providing human-centric technology solutions to complex real world problems.

Prior to this, he successfully founded Bondle and Einsights.. Sandeep has also been a Strategy Partner at NMG Consulting, Head of Strategy for ING Australia (Direct Insurance) and has his roots in Software Engineering. He has an MBA from AGSM, Sydney and a Bachelors of Engineering from Bangalore University.

Quang Pham

Senior Full Stack Engineer

Quang has over 12 years of experience working on complex technology solutions. He has successfully delivered high performance in building user friendly, scalable solutions.

His area of expertise are:

Backend: Java, Node.js, Spring, Hibernate, Express.js
Frontend: Javascript, Typescript React, Angular, Aurelia
SQL & No SQL Databases, Monolithic & Microservices architectures, GraphQL, AWS services.

Prior to this, he worked at Bondle and Einsights.

Jay Soni

Full Stack Developer

Jay is a seasoned Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in React.js and JavaScript. He possesses strong proficiency in AWS cloud services to optimize performance and scalability. He specializes in delivering robust and innovative solutions for complex web application requirements.

His area of expertise are:

Frontend: ReactJS, Javascript, NextJS, WordPress, Flutter
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Php
Databases: SQL, MongoDB, Firebase
